Announcing our 12th National Juried Show, It's Pastel! This year's event, has been moved online during this Pandemic and era of Social Distancing. PSNH members and non-members alike were invited to submit current pastel paintings for consideration.
Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Registration opens via Show Submit
Monday, September 28, 2020 – All entries must be received.
Friday, October 9, 2020 – Notification will be emailed to artists. Saturday, October 24, 2020 – Zoom reception and award presentation at 6pm. Lana Ballot will give a virtual gallery talk about winner pieces.
Monday, November 30, 2020 – Kunst Matrix Exhibit Closes

Entering Your Images: Show entry is via www.showsubmit.com
Eligibility: Open to all artists in the United States ONLY. No International entries. Artists may enter up to 3 digital images. Work must be ORIGINAL SOFT pastels only (No less than 80%). No oil pastels. No classroom or workshop work allowed. Paintings must have been completed after January 1, 2018. Paintings entered must be for sale.
Entry Fee: Up to 3 Digital Images PSNH Members - $40, Non-Members - $50 If you are uncertain about your membership status, please contact our Membership Chair: email@example.com
Requirements: No limit in size. Submitted images should have 300 dpi resolution and 1200 pixel at the longest side in JPEG format. Images of accepted work will be retained for PSNH archives. The artist grants permission to reproduce work for publicity purposes, both in print and digital galleries. Copyright will be attributed to the artist. Entry into this exhibition constitutes agreement with all conditions set forth in this prospectus and Entry Form and is your commitment to participate.
Sales: Buyers can contact the Exhibit Chair, Shuk Susan Lee, who will connect the buyers with the artists accordingly. The artists will be responsible for all sales communication and arrangement. We kindly ask for 20% commission to PSNH if artwork were sold. NFS (Not for sale) entries are not allowed.

Fresh mark making and skillful use of underpainting make this painting unique.

This painting is all about the balance of color temperature in the upper half.
